I have added an incorrect destination tag/123456/Memo id while making a deposit in my Koinex wallet. Print

The destination tag/Memo id is mandatory when trying to deposit XRP/XLM in your Koinex wallet.

It can be found in the balances page, in the Koin wallet along with the Ripple/Stellar wallet address.

Please raise a ticket, mentioning the transaction hash and a screenshot of the confirmation receipt of this transaction.

We will manually track this transfer and release it to your Koinex wallet.

It will take us 3 - 5 working days to credit the XRP/XLM.

Note - if the destination tag is incorrect and belongs to a Koinex user, the Ripples cannot be retrieved.
