The destination tag/Memo iD is mandatory when trying to deposit XRP/XLM in your Koinex wallet.

It can be found in the balances page, in the Koin wallet along with the Ripple/Stellar wallet address.

Please raise a ticket, mentioning the transaction hash and a screenshot of the confirmation receipt of this transaction from the originating wallet.

We will manually track this transfer and release it to your Koinex wallet.

It will take us 3 - 5 working days to credit the XRP/XLM.
