Please raise a ticket and attach a picture of you holding your PAN card. Along with this, hold a sheet of paper with the date and the term "KOINEX" written on it in the same picture. we will reset your OTP reception method to SMS.
You should be able to enable 2FA on your account once you retrieve the Authenticator App.
Please do not forget to create a backup or take a screenshot of the 16 digit 2FA code and the QR code.
