If you observe that your Koinex account has been compromised or hacked, you must click on Report Unusual activity from the Security page. You will be signed out of your account, your account will be frozen and all activities are put to hold. We will monitor your account for any fraudulent or malicious activity and attempt to contain the damage, if any. Report the same to us by raising a support ticket immediately.
