You always have the option to block a user you are not comfortable in doing a transaction with. Also, if you feel that the user is fraudulent, you can always report the user along with the details of the incident and the screenshots as proof and our dispute resolution team will look into the matter. If there are too many people reporting a user along with valid evidence, they may be suspended from using Loop platform.
