If you want to deposit the BTC/ETH/XRP to Koinex/Loop from other wallet then follow the below steps:
Go to the Koinex/Loop wallet. Choose the currency you want to send from other wallet and click on deposit.
A dialog box will appear showing you for a address. In case of XRP it will show address + destination tag. Copy that address. (in the case of XRP copy both address and destination tag)
Go to the exchange wallet/offline wallet from where you want to send your coins to Koinex/Loop.
Go to the wallet section.
Select the appropriate wallet of BTC/ETH/XRP.
Click on Withdraw Button for the desired coin.
A dialog box will come up asking you for the Deposit address. In case of XRP, a destination tag will also be required.
Paste the address(destination tag if applicable) that you copied from Koinex/Loop.
Take a look at the withdrawal fees on that particular Exchange/offline wallet .
If the network is not congested, your deposits will be processed in a short time and you will the amount reflecting in your respective wallet at Koinex/Loop.
Please note that withdrawals to a invalid address/destination tag may result in loss of your coins so please be very careful and double check the Deposit address and the destination tag and then proceed with the transaction.
