If you want to send the BTC/ETH/XRP to some other wallet then follow the below steps:
Go to the Koinex/Loop wallet. Choose the currency you want and click on withdraw.
A dialog box will appear asking you for a address. In case of XRP it will require address + destination tag.
Go to the exchange wallet/offline wallet where you want to send your coins from Koinex/Loop.
Go to the wallet section.
Select the appropriate wallet of BTC/ETH/XRP.
Click on Deposit for the desired coin.
You will be shown a address(Public key) and a QR Code. (in case of XRP, also a destination tag)
Copy that address and paste it in the Withdrawal address field on Koinex/Loop. In case of XRP also paste the destination tag correctly.

If the network is not congested, your withdrawals will be processed in a short time.
Please note that withdrawals to a invalid address/destination tag may result in loss of your coins so please be very careful and double check the Withdrawal address and the destination tag and then proceed with the transaction
