When users accept a buy/sell request, the amount of cryptocurrency which the sellers has mentioned is held from the wallet and locked by Loop’s custodial service for the assurance of safe flow of transaction. This custody is called as an Escrow. This secures the trade and ensures that trade is processed without any risk/fraud.
