1. Account status - Pending
If your account status is pending, you must click Submit for your profile to be forwarded for verification.
2.Account status - Uploaded
If your account status is uploaded, your account will be verified in 12-14 working days.
3 Account status - Rejected
If your account status is rejected, information on your profile is incorrect, or does not match with the KYC documents provided. Please check the notification on your Koinex account to learn the reason for rejection.
